Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays and holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How long does delivery take?

Within 2 hours in Medellín. 24 to 48 hours to the rest of Colombia.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free in Medellín on orders over $100.000 COP. For other cities it depends on the address and is calculated before you pay.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in Medellín on orders from $50.000 COP. Choose "Pago contra entrega" at checkout.

Can I buy prescription medicines?

Yes. Place your order and we will ask for your prescription before dispatch, as required by Colombian regulations. See how it works.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have been in downtown Medellín for 40 years. Buy online or visit us during our opening hours.

Do you ship outside Colombia?

For now we only ship within Colombia.
