How to buy prescription medicines

Some medicines can only be dispensed with a medical prescription. Buying them online is simple:

1. Place your order in the store like any other product.
2. We will ask for your prescription before dispatch, to comply with Colombian regulations.
3. We verify and ship: in Medellín you receive it within 2 hours, and in the rest of Colombia within 24 to 48 hours.

What the prescription must include

It must be legible and match the medicine and quantity you ordered. If anything differs, we will contact you to sort it out before shipping.
